DiSC is a behaviour assessment tool based on the DiSC theory of psychologist William Marston. The purpose of DiSC is to help you understand yourself and others. The DiSC profile provides a framework for looking at human behaviour. It is not a measure of a person's intelligence or values or skills and experience or education and training.
DISC is about how we act - it is about observable behaviour.
